The U.S. Army Dental Care System (ADCS) has provided exceptional dental care to our Soldiers for over 100 years beginning with a Congressional authorization on 3 March 1911. We are a proactive, integral component of an Army at War. The Army Dental Care System (ADCS) is a diverse team of staff Officers, Clinicians, Enlisted Soldiers, DA Civilians, and Contractors all synchronized by our operational command, DENTAL COMMAND (DENCOM) to provide only the highest quality oral healthcare.
