Readiness

Readiness is one of the key ingredients for the Army Reserve to be able to deploy and support the Total Force Effort in our Strategic mission. There are clear signs that dental readiness needs improvement and should be emphasized in order to achieve our goal of 95% dentally deployable. Readiness is the responsibility of every commander and every Soldier. Our nation's security requirements dictate that the armed forces be prepared and "ready to deploy, engage and destroy the enemy of the United States of America in close combat" (The Soldier's Creed) in any given war at any time..Dental readiness is a key factor in the previous statement and the readiness indicator below shows our current state of dental readiness. We are asking that everyone take an active role in moving our readiness indicator in order to accomplish our mission...

Readiness Indicator, Goal 85%, Readiness 64%
